"Beautiful hotel in great location just one block from the city center with lots of stores, restaurants and more. Rooms are very spacious especially for Europe. "

"Nice rooms in an artdeco style, very clean. A little disappointing to just have nescafe instant coffee sachet and not even decent coffee bags in this standard of hotel. Also £2.50 for the small bottles of water in the room seemed a little steep. Location is a 15 minute walk into the center and close to the racecourse so ideal for many visitors. Car park was full so had to pay £18 for parking in another car park. Breakfast was nice and not bad value if pre booked although the coffee machine stopped working. Stay were all friendly and helpful. "

"Stayed here for two nights. Great hotel. Wonderfully warm welcome from Sam when we checked in. Great room. Really quiet. Perfect location, with everything in walking distance. Parking was ok. Couldn’t get in the hotel’s reserved spaces, so had to go on the main Peel Street site. No problems with this. A very reasonable £16/24h."
