"Very comfortable, thanks for the A/C, big bathroom, breakfast was perfect, staff were excellent. I would recommend that the instructions for arriving very clearly state in English that the funicolare is not open late and no taxis are available late. Clear instructions in English for how/where to catch the shuttle bus to get to the accommodation and whether payment is required would be EXTREMELY helpful after a long day of travel to get to Orvieto. We were slightly panicked, but then by the grace...

"We had the 4 person ground floor apartment. It has a queen bed in the very large loft and a queen sofa bed on the even larger main floor. The apartment includes a main floor kitchen and a between floors full bath. The main floor also includes 2 love seats and a 4 person table. Everything was in excellent shape. We bought the breakfast which had cakes, pastries, yogurt, coffee, juice and milk. Again excellent quality. Not to mention Orieto is a beautiful tourist destination."

The room is very quiet even though there is a busy piazza with plenty of restaurants and activity nearby. Easy to access free parking nearby with an elevator taking you up to the city center, only about 8 minute walk to the lodging. Very welcoming, helpful host."

"For a very reasonable price we had a suite of rooms - the most spacious I've ever stayed in. Beautiful accommodation with amazing views over the central area. Very clean and comfortable. Although we had a coffee machine in the kitchenette area, we didn't have a kettle which would have been nice."

"We arrived after a long day of traveling from Norway. The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We had a reservation for dinner at the restaurant downstairs. Breakfast the next morning was great and we had a chance to walk around Impruneta. We were sorry we couldn't stay longer."
