"The pool was fine as was parking. However, twice we went to the service desk and neither time were things resolved. The first time we asked for the tv in the small room to be fixed and were told the GM would do it, when he was back. Never happened. Second time, breakfast, went to the desk to inquire as to why apple juice was water and the female who was working (and eating - most unpleasant site, to be honest) said "we have oj and crandberry juice". A sign would have been a help... the room was not quite cleaned properly - under the desk in small room was trash, a table was placed behind the desk, drawer handles missing or needed to be fixed and the microwave was unplugged and sitting diagnol on a table, with a sticker on it. Not sure if it worked or not. The beds were great, heat was great and bath was great. "

"We had a great time with the family on Cape Cod for Thanksgiving. The host was very accommodating even answering on the holiday when we locked ourselves out. The place is literally on the beach. We were able to enjoy sunrise and sunset this time of year. Perfectly placed mid cape to access wherever you want to go. Great rooms with sweeping views. Best spot on the cape"

"Great location. We spent a lot of time at the beach. If we had wanted more time in our rental then I would have got a place where there was a porch or deck area. There are picnic tables in the common courtyard near the pool. The shower is a stand up shower. So may not work for younger kids but was fine for my 7 and 10 year. Comfortable bed in the master bedroom, bonus its king size! Kitchen is perfect for prepping breakfast and packing up your lunch for the beach. I would recommend planning on going out to dinner or ordering in. Last fridge is a dorm fridge. Again perfect for holding breakfast a lunch items. A larger fridge and private outside area balcony would be great adds to this rental! I still give it 5 stars! "
