"Completely updated older hotel. Everything was spotless. The room was nice with an excellent king size mattress. Very comfortable. Because it was older architecture the bathroom was pretty small. Small sink and standard size bathtub with shower. And there was no outlet in the bathroom. Apparently, they said they were going to be doing some updates to that in the winter for next season. They had a nice pool and fire pit. It’s on the main drag of Route 28 but it was quiet there. Of course we were there in October so not high season. Convenient location to everything the Cape has to offer."

"Communication problems were with VRBO, not with Pavel. I was unable to log into any communication, so I wasn't able to see what Pavel had sent.The unit was smaller than expected, but scrupulously clean. My one complaint is that the smell of disinfectant/deodorizer/cleaning supplies was so strong that it permeated everything, even the skin of the peaches I had in a bag on the table."

"Very clean room. Super close to beach. Great check-in and room lock entry. Great office contact efforts and great they extended us early check-in. But no table and chairs to enable bringing in food to eat. A/C unit was loud. Bed pillows were like rocks. No outlet near bed so difficult to charge phone and have it nearby at night. Lighting was either super bright or very low. Room could be stuffy without a/c. We had to put out trash and laundry instead of housekeeping doing it. TV controller was ancient."

"We had a wonderful stay in Dennisport. We came for a relaxing family vacation, and this house delivered. It's quiet and private, and sitting next to the ocean with those stunning views felt like a real luxury. The neighborhood is walkable, which was a nice bonus.We visited post-season, and I'd highly recommend it. The Cape gets a little quieter, and it's the ideal time to slow down. This house is a wonderful place to spend time together, with more than enough room for everyone to spread out.We'd love to come back. Highly recommend!"

"Lovely little spot right by the beach. It's cozy and convenient, just as described in the listing. One-minute walk down to the water, and a great bonus having access to beach chairs and other items in the shed. Hosts are quite friendly and were very accommodating when we had an unexpected needs at check out. Thank you guys again, we hope to be back soon!"

"We very much enjoyed the cottage. It was in a great location, was clean and well appointed for a small cottage. The outside shower has really good hot water, (I was worried about that,haha)The fenced in yard is great for privacy, but is not completely closed in so watch out for those wandering puppies, they will find a way out We would highly recommend it!"
