"The property was nothing short of amazing for our entire group of 15! Everyone had proper sleeping accommodations with plenty of space to spread out, the kitchen was stunning the 2 living rooms were convenient, and the pool/outdoor areas were the highlight and cherry on to. Highly recommend!"

"We had a great experience renting all 3 bottom units for the week and an additional upstairs unit for a few extra days. The venue was very accommodating to all of our needs and requests. We stayed over the Christmas holiday so the venue's bars and stages were closed during most of our stay, but be aware it can get loud at night when fully open and from neighboring bars. Really enjoyed the space and hospitality overall. Having the live music and smores on our last night was a perfect ending! "

"The place looks just like in the photos in a nice area. Communication with the hosts was a delight. They were very accommodating and did everything for our large group to enjoy our stay. We traveled in 7 motorcycles and a large SUV with a trailer. The property had ample space, is comfortably furnished and nicely decorated. We are very appreciative and will definitely stay over again on a future trip to Austin. Overall an excellent experience. "
