"We were able to check in a bit early and our bags were taken to our room during the check in process"

"Can’t fault anything really we had a great stay staff friendly hotel was lovely great location easy access to all the shops the harbour and the main attractions of Bristol. The food was lovely so much choice to have the bedroom was lovely. Plenty of teas and coffees. Nice that you had a thermostat to turn up the heating. Bathroom was lovely. You had toiletries so that was a nice to have the only downside was going into the bathroom bit of a trip hazard we thought because both me and my husband both tripped apart from that excellent hotel would definitely come back again and would recommend it to friends and family"

"Comfortable bed, lighting could be better. Larger amount of shower gel please. We just about had enough for the 2 of us for evening and morning shower. Helpful and friendly staff. Good location. Availability of car parking although a little tight going up the ramp in a large car, watch your wheels!"

"Beautiful hotel with amazing staff and clean comfortable rooms. The Spa was superb, my husband and I had a couples massage. Best we have ever had. The thermal bath in the Spa was amazing as were all the Spa baths. Hotel is in a great location to walk to all the shops and attractions. Look no further book this hotel! "
