It was ready and left a sour taste in my mouth that they were going to charge extra for this. If that hadn’t happened, it would have been 5 stars all round because the rest was brilliant. "Social Hub was awesome. Very quirky and friendly. Loved the industrial decor. Staff members all superb. Maybe best suited to guests travelling light! We had a rental car and larger suitcases, and getting somewhere close to unload car was an issue. Would stay again."
