It is difficult to sleep as there is no soundproofing at all it is like having people in your room talking. Also, you cant really use the bathroom at night as the light is almost nonexistent."

"Great hotel. We ended up staying at Hotel Laki instead of the bungalows because it was more convenient. The staff were so kind. One of the nicest we've encountered in Iceland. - The receptionist changed our booking month when we got it wrong and helped us cancel one of our double bookings because of the snowstorm. - The restaurant staff, Arna and Jose, gave my daughter boxed apple juice, bread to feed the horses inc baby horses nearby, gave a small gift to my daughter, and a small cake when my daughter told them it was my birthday. Spacious rooms, great bar area with fun games to play during the snowstorm. "
