"A great hotel/hostel a 10 minute walk from the waterfront. Good food and decent view. The staff are friendly and helpful. Loud until 10 or 11PM. It was a great value and I would stay here again if I went back to Labuan Bajo."

We choose upgrade room with ocean view, it was great but I think the hotel needs install more lights in the hall on the way to elevators.. My wife and I were so glade and satisfied stay at Meruorah Hotel. I will recommend my family and friends to stay at this hotel when they go to Labuan Bajo-Komodo Island. "

"Incredible staff, beautiful grounds, we felt so lucky to be there. One thing they could do to step it up is get glassware for martinis, but I’m splitting hairs. The shower was phenomenal and we felt so well taken care of! Sunset in the swing on the pier with a piña colada and the best view will be a memory that lives on "

"Beautiful property and excellent room. Worth the upgrade to the deluxe category for higher floor and the spectacular view. Service was excellent and good quality breakfast, restaurants and bars. Labuan Bajo town is just a 10 minute taxi ride away so don’t hesitate to go in for dinner. Don’t fall into the trap of booking tours through the hotel - the price they charge is exorbitant, we booked a private 12 hour boat tour for 2 people for the same price it would have cost for us to join their group tour for 4 less hours. "We've been very impressed with this place so far. The main downside is that it's a good ways outside of downtown Labuan Bajo, but honestly, that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's still a short drive or Grab ride into town and they offered pick up and drop off to the property included. The villa itself is beautiful. The private pool is immaculate and our kids loved swimming in the afternoon (after about 1PM the sun is in the west and leaves most of the pool aread nicely shaded). The kitchen area is great. Full fridge and freezer. Gas ranges (though we didn't use them). Bit TV in the living area (though we didn't use that either). We asked about laundry and they picked it up and did it for us with no issues. The bathrooms are excellent, with rainfall shower heads and plenty of very nice soap and shampoo. We did notice some ants in the villa but we mentioned it to the host and they immediately found the source and took care of it. The property is wonderful and the host has been super responsive so we feel very lucky to have found this place!"
