Aparthotels in Bay of Plenty Region

Nice quiet neighborhood.

People in the hotel was very nice. Hotel is located in the town centre. You can go to bus centre, shopping streets, several sightseeing places within 30 min walking distance. No glass/cup in the washing room probably due to New Zealand custom. We took a glass out of 3 glasses from kitchin. Next day, only 2 cups remain in the kitchin. Next day only 1 glass remaind in the kitchin. We claimed this when check-out. They explained us that maid puts glasses in the dish washer in the kitchin...

Nice place and beautiful area

Great location. Very nice. Will be back.

Excellent place, I will come back.

Really tidy central location, great parking and just everything was better then expected

It was a very nice stay with friendly and helpful Staff!

Courteous staff, huge room with many amenities, great location. Highly recommend.

Very quiet and clean room, safe parking, accessible to beautiful sites. We were in a family room and it’s amazing. You can cook and do laundry as well.

Fantastic place

Great room with a fantastic lake view. If you don't want stairs, ask for a 1st floor room. We were on the 2nd floor and it was beautiful, but we left our big suitcases in the car. Kasia was very pleasant and a more than helpful host. She offered us an upgraded apt unit upon arrival that had a view of the lake. She also provided us a Firestick for the TV so we could enjoy some well missed Netflix and AppleTv shows during our travels. The apt unit was roomy and super clean with no clutter and had all the amenities needed. We enjoyed the heated spa but didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool or tennis courts during our stay.
