"This was absolutely perfect for us. The unit was spotless and well equipped with great little touches. The beds were super comfy. The unit is in a great location. Sue was great to deal with. This is a gem of a place we will use again when we need to stay in Frankston. Excellent!"

"Outdoor needs a clean, cobwebs garden.overgrown a lot. Looked messy and unclean. Inside they only provide 150ml milk for 14 guests plus one dish washer powder for 14 ppl staying 2 nights. The dishwasher didnt work, we spent half our engagement party cleaning. Beds were lumpy and so uncomfortable. No door on one bedroom. Not worth huge price"

"This property is in the heart of Sanctuary lakes estate right next to waterfront. All of us including kids thoroughly enjoyed the house. Best part is the kitchen openning up to the massive backyard space. Plenty of furniture in the living areas as well as bedrooms to help organise a large group like ours. Worth noting upstairs bathrooms do not have a privacy lock otherwise everthing else is excellent."
