"I've been staying at this hotel since 2013. It's even better with the complete refurbishment of the rooms and hallways. The new rooms are excellent, with super comfortable beds and walkin showers. The location is superb with Hyde park a minutes walk away and two Tube stations within just a few minutes walk. The staff are extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this hotel."
