"I reserved two rooms. Both were clean and had lots of hangers and dresser drawers for clothes. However the room on the ground floor smelled musty and there appeared to be mold growing behind a torn piece of wallpaper. My friends had suites and it was the same- the one on the ground floor smelled terrible but the ones upstairs were fine. So, stay on the upper floor if you can. The property is beautiful and felt safe to walk around at night. The lounge was wonderful to relax in and have a drink at night while watching a live band. Nice pool and pool bar. The restaurant on site was delicious for breakfast but a little pricey compared to nearby restaurants. The location is a bit off the beaten path but coffee shops and a few bars are within 10 min walk. It’s about 15-20 min drive to get to Seaport/gaslamp district. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and it was convenient for a wedding I attended nearby but next time I’ll probably stay closer to town for shopping and nightlife."

"Great beachside stay! Be mindful of the surrounding area having a lot of activity into the late evenings -- you can hear all the fun while you try to sleep. No microwave in the room I stayed at, but there are at least ample restaurant choices within walking distance. Overall happy to stay have stayed there and wouldn't mind returning, but not with little kids (because of the evening noise)."

We arrived in time for Tropical Storm Rachel and unseasonably cool and wet weather but still enjoyed our stay in a 1st floor villa room facing the bay. Bathroom had no fan which we thought was odd. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will return here again with more predictable weather."
