There was problem checking in because of my booking did was not sent by hotels.com to the hotel so my family had to wait for over an hour for check-in in the lobby. The second big problem is they do not have King size bed in master bedroom, it’s queen size instead and the other bed room has 2 single bed’s instead of double beds as they advertised and I paid for. This was disappointing and uncomforting."
