"The property and staff was everything I needed for my upcoming flight the following morning. The staff was so helpful with every aspect of my arrival and departure that when I fly into Heathrow I’ll be staying here moving forward. The restaurant was exceptional and the meal was also exceptional. As you can tell I was very pleased. Thank you"

"Disliked strongly: check-in experience, complicated cafe menu, adding tips without warning, no coffee stir stick or spoon in room , breakfast experience also very bad, on 75% of the visits not enough coffee machines to handle demand , plates cold and food again 75% was lukewarm warm, the bread and toast machine a real joke, no bacon ,just warmed or dried ham, no butter on one occasion , result: only the potato fritters were not cold by the time one had finally collected their breakfast. The table tops felt sticky to one’s bare arms , the juice glasses were always warm, congrats! The food lids and tweezers were awkward and the table clearers overzealous to move people out. The concierge told me one day about ten pound for uber to the coach stn,that cost me thirty when I asked for it the next day. Another thing I particularly resent here and with Raddison Blu is the auto tv hotel commercial thats hard to get rid of. Corporatate smart - Alex money mizers that forget the guests experience!"

"There was no help when I arrived. The staff was all confused and not welcoming given the hotel had lost electricity and they were managing removing people from rooms. As new guests arrived they were not immediately communicating the electrical issues. Guests had to find their own alternative accommodations."
