Amazing property and super helpful staff. Our apartment was very spacious and equipped with everything we needed

Quiet hotel location in beautiful countryside. Rooms clean and spacious. Included breakfast good, with help yourself cereal, yogurt, and pastries plus cooked to order hot breakfast. I didn't try it but Sunday lunch is supposed to be great. Finally, the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. All in all a great stay for a very reasonable price.

FABOULOUS ALL AROUND... FROM THE MINUTE WE GOT THERE TO THE MINUTE WE LEFT... SUPER FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, HELPFUL STAFF, LOCATION GREAT, ROOMS REALLY GOOD, MODERN, CLEAN, JUST PERFECT

Parking was in a disconnected garage across a street and behind the building. Drop off bags at the front before heading to parking which is uphill and at least 200 yards away if not further. Hotel is accessed via a private road so our gps expressed an alert about that but there was no restriction on driving it. Drive to airport was very convenient and about 20 minutes. Convenient gas station access along the route.

The staff was so lovely and welcoming. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was amazing!

Large rooms. But I didn't use the kitchen, large refrigerator, and few of the amenities possible. The breakfasts were great. My Building 1 business meeting was held up the small hill nearby, and less than a 10-minute walk. It was good weather, and I visited down the hill to the Staybridge and walked into town three times during the 5 days, returning after dark just for the...

My wife and I try to travel as often as possible. We like to find unique, fancy hotels and we just found our favorite. First, the location is the best in Newcastle. Close enough to all the downtown sites and activities, but still quiet enough to have a nice romantic walk. Second, this was the cleanest room we've ever stayed in. The entire hotel was top notch. Third, the staff was the most fantastic. Friendly smiles and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. I...

Visited with my husband and young children and we all enjoyed our stay very much! We felt safe and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Thank you!

Friendly staff, clean hotel, good location close to city center

Every time I travel back north I stay at this place as it's friendly, has what you need and more-aka the restaurant next door and nearby to bigger shops too
