"The property was very clean, the rooms were very nice and spacious. I asked to possibly have a mountain view and the rude front desk lady told me that I will get a pool view and I should be happy with it, its a nice view. She wouldn't smile and made me feel like i was a nuisance to be there. I had breakfast included in my stay, but needed to leave at 6 am. The breakfast started at 6 30 am. I asked the man in the kitchen if I could get a muffin to go , they were literally sitting behind him on the trays while I was getting my coffee and he yelled at me twith the angry l9ok on hos face hat he was to o busy. So I left without anything. The rudeness of the staff athat hotel left me feeling with a bad impression and its too bad because the hotel itself is quite nice."

"Loved our suite! It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The property is beautiful, with the red rocks creating an incredible backdrop. We also loved having so many pools and jacuzzis to choose from. Would definitely stay here again"

"We have been to Sedona many times and we have stayed in very nice houses and resorts but The Enchantment far Surpasses them all! It's so magnificent it's hard to describe; the natural beauty of being literally against the Boynton red rock canyon, the peaceful and serene grounds, the excellent and elegant restaurants and the pools and spa. Hiking access is right in easy walking from your casitas. YOU HAVE TO Experience this magical place; we never wanted to leave."
