"Arrival was confusing with mixed levels of help from staff. They insisted we pull up the confirmation number despite having given our names and sat while the wifi struggled to connect to allow us to get the info. Then eventually just looked it ip with our names after acting as though we hadnt guven jrThe room had water damage in various spots and didnt seem clean. On the plus side the location was great and even a nice view."

"The 10 bed female pod room was very clean. The beds were nice and they had a usb c plug and a usb plug. The staff was also very kind and super helpful. Its location was super convenient and nice, and the little restaurant in the lobby was great too!"
