"It was in a great location. I do not like contactless check in and service. There were no amenities. Shower head and faucet did not work properly. We were moved to another room which was better except that the shower was filthy. Mold in the shower. We were so discussed that we left early the next morning. Not high end or classy. We were charged for a cleaning fee and were told it will be refunded. It still is on the card."

"My family stayed here 8 years ago and had a wonderful experience. I remembered our stay and it was the first place I looked up, I was able to book this trip a day in advance. We took the bike trail to the Coast Guard Beach, visited the Audubon trail in Wellfleet. The common area was delightful. I took a dip in the surprising warm pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am excited for our next visit."

"The property shows very well, it looks clean and modern while still allowing the classic New England costal charm to shine. The rooms are small but with everything thing there is to do both at the property and along the strip, you won’t be spending much time in the room anyways, One note about he coffee shop, it is VERY expensive and the quality is not great. We opted to go out on the strip for food each day. They don’t highlight this enough, but there is a pool outside right next to the beach and there’s a bar with music and snacks right on the deck. Overall we really enjoyed it. It’s a great value if you want to stay in a quiet area. If you’re looking to party, there’s probably a hotel that better fits your vibe! They do provide a shuttle to the center of commercial street as well but it does end at 9pm."

"First time in Provincetown and truly felt that we picked the best place to stay! Staff is super friendly and truly go above and beyond every single day! They have a great breakfast every morning followed by an evening wine and cheese social. Location is a block away from commercial street. They also have free bike rentals."

"Good property with parking close to PTown centre (15 mins walk) Room was good, but attention to detail could have been better eg towels were not changed on the 1st night and had to be chased up on 2nd night. Room safe did not work and the staff couldn’t get it to work Complementary breakfast was good but no orange juice as it hadn’t been delivered ?"
