"Room condition is average, there is some kind of food smell maybe because it has kitchen facility. Air con unit is directly blowing at bed & it's noisy too, makes sleeping very uncomfortable. Air quality from the air unit feels dirty. I feel there is still room for improvement in term of cleanliness level, for the price paid for. Breakfast is not great, I have tummy problem with the breakfast. For the room rate paid for, I feel it's overpriced for this type of standards."
