"Checked in and went to the room only to find someone's name on the tv welcome screen. Reported it several times. Took 4 days for it to be sorted. The was an issue with the air con in the room. Couldn't turn it down as temp just kept creeping up. Room was excessively hot even with the air con off. Had to open the door."

At night they even drive without headlights, suddenly appearing out of the dark. The food quality has also declined — some ingredients have been replaced with cheaper ones, and you can really feel the difference."
