"The reason that I first booked this hotel was because it had free parking included which I feel is quite rare to come by in a city and ideal than with it being just off Lisburn Rd. The hotel itself is lovely and the rooms gorgeous! The rooms are all a v.good size and are equipped with latest and top of the range facilities, including the all important (good quality) biscuits and Rituals bath and body products. Most importantly, the hotel has a very relaxed and calming atmosphere which is helped by the fabulous staff! A special thank you to both Anna and Becky on reception who consistently went above and beyond and doing so not just for me but other hotel guests which was incredibly refreshing to me."

"Excellent location in Belfast. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Large shopping area is close and very walkable. Rooms are comfortable and well sized. Don’t skimp on the number of days in Belfast and in this place. The only issue is parking is a bit clunky."
