"Room had a dirty towel still behind the door in 202 pretty gross. But the staff was great and the breakfast had a waffle machine which was cool but no protein. Just cereal and bad bagels. Parking is really easy."

The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby restaurants, shopping, and quick travel into New York City. Parking was easy, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt safe and inviting. What really stood out was the customer service—everyone I encountered went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. "The new renovation is great! The room was clean and inviting. Staff provided a crib when needed. The morning continental breakfast was above average in my opinion, with omelets, sausages and waffles . Plus a great coffee machine, cereal, yogurt, bagels/ breads and spreads. Will def stay again ."
