"For someone who tends to be disappointed with the cleanliness of most hotels and rentals, this was a pleasant surprise. The whole house was clean and comfortable. What a blessing when you’re trying to enjoy time away from home! Jennifer was so easy to work with. Great communication. Responded quickly. She answered all my questions, made suggestions for food and recreation, and made both check-in and check-out such a breeze. The bike shed was really helpful. The record player was fun. And the house had all the conveniences of home with a coffee pot, dishwasher, disposal, washer and dryer, WiFi, smart TV, fresh linens, everything we needed! The only reason I gave four stars on “location and neighborhood” is bc I got a little nervous the first day we pulled in. The neighborhood kind of left something to be desired. And when we got to the house, the yard was overgrown. So I was worried what the inside would be like. But once we got in there, it was totally true to its description and reviews! And we had a great time. We just let the front yard contribute to the treehouse feel of the backyard which was beautiful and peaceful and lovely. I wouldn’t have even mentioned it if it hadn’t asked me to rate the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Great stay in Bella Vista. We kayaked the entire lake and decided THIS was the best house/location on Lake Ann hands-down. Perfectly done to blend in with the surrounding landscape and beauty- just right for a relaxing slow-lake/hiking/nature getaway while still close to amenities, shopping, all that NWA has to offer. The house has everyting you need and then some! Don't hesitate to book."

"Great location to the Chapel. Asked for early check in and had no problem getting access at 2:30. The house had lots of space and activities to do. We weren’t there a lot since we had a wedding to go to. The only thing that was deceiving was it shows 3 full bathrooms in the illustrations but in the text part it is described as 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. Otherwise it was a great home and would stay there again."
