"The shuttle drive was easy to locate, pleasant and friendly. I arrived off early 6 am flight, I was dissatisfied that although my room was ready, I had to pay 40 dollars to access it before noon. Also hotel site says 24 hr check in? So why charge more? That's not ethical, same when my onward flight departed midnight, extra 40 dollars for late check out, but hotel did not have any incoming booking. Staff very helpful. "Pros: the property is smack bang in the centre of everything in Santiago, every touristic point you want to see is walking distance, the hosts are friendly and happy to do their best to resolve any problem you might have. Cons: it is an old building, it has problems, a bit of mould, I had a problem with a water leak coming from the apartment above, internet is an important point for me, I had about 4 hours outage, speed is ok, not awesome. Overall, still recommend this property."

"Great location overlooking Santa Lucia Hill. However, the street noise seemed to carry over even in high floors. Santiago is a bustling city. The staff are highly commendable - warm, friendly and helpful. Gave us a few good tips. Great service & communication in English. "
