"Lovely hotel. Very quiet room. Breakfast is wonderful. Nice rooftop bar with a reasonable choice of meals and lovely views. Very friendly helpful staff who could speak some English which was helpful. 10 minutes walk to the lovely skytower which has amazing views over stunning Santiago. I organised an airport transfer with the hotel a few days before my arrival, and they were punctual and waiting for me with my name on a sign. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou for a lovely stay."

"NH Ciudad is a contemporary hotel with all you'd expect from a chain (in a good way). Breakfasts provided a variety of food (many breads, several different sweet and savory pastries, numerous juices, and scrambled eggs as well as yogurt and cereals). The room was a suite with two beds. It would have been perfect if there was a mirror in the bathroom, and if the thermostat actually worked, but otherwise, we were happy and slept very well every night!"

My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a great bed and all the amenities I needed. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!
