"OK this time around everything was great (thanks to Paul). Although I was not upgraded, I was finally put in a room where both the internet connectivity and the television was working properly. The only hiccup is on Sunday, breakfast was supposed to finish at 12:00 pm. When I arrived at 11:30, the little hot food that was left was cold and the staff had already put half of the breakfast food away. They should tell people that breakfast really ends some time before 11:30 instead of 12:00 PM."

My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a great bed and all the amenities I needed. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!"
