"The only thing I will say is we requested connecting rooms at booking and called the property, our 3 rooms did not connect. The beach cabanas and chairs are not included in the price of the rooms. "

"First time staying here and we had a wonderful experience! I messaged them before we flew in because our flight was arriving at 10:30 am and they said no problem and had our room ready. I know that won’t happen all the time but this time it did. My 14 and 11 year old were sleeping together after the first night my 11 year old begged for a his own bed. He kindly asked the front desk for just an extra covers or a mattress on the floor. They brought him up a rollaway bed. Again they didn’t have todo that or could have charged us if they wanted to. Clean comfortable and close to everything!!! New hotel and they pulled out all the stops! They will have our business again and recommendation to future visitors!
