"When I checked in , I used the toilet which came off its attachment. I notified the manager about it and he asked if I wanted to cancel , I should have taken him up on that. There was no towel rack, unfinished baseboards and an electrical cover that was missing making it unsafe according to housing standards. To make matters worse the manager billed me for damage that I had not done This is a basement unit that needs some work I dont recommend staying here!"

"From start to finish, the owner was wonderful at communicating and in ensuring that we had an amazing stay! The home was very clean and cozy. It smelled so good. So much thought went into hosting guests. There were many Keurig cups of different varieties, an abundance of towels and face cloths, laundry soap and dryer sheets, as well as many phone chargers throughout the home. "Place was not clean. Bathroom had months if not longer of dirt/grime. Walls were covered in handprints/dirt. We accidentally had some cards fall between the couch cushions and found more dirt and other things there. You could see the brown of dust on the blinds (never seen that much dust). There was a camera facing the workout equipment (not the door, the workout area). Lots of furniture squished into a small space. Railing on the deck could easily give way if any weight was put on it, and...
