"In the room we paid a high price for, an incident occurred where my wife slipped in the bathtub. It appears that the tub was not properly cleaned and still had oil inside, as if someone had used it before us without cleaning it at all. I would not recommend paying such a high price for the room next time, especially when the cleaning service is not up to standard."

The hotel itself is well-appointed, and the proximity to the airport couldn’t be more convenient. The standout was the staff, both at the front desk and in the downstairs restaurant. Service was warm and attentive, and the complimentary drinks plus two mornings of breakfast were a genuinely nice touch that added real value to the stay. One thing worth noting: arriving three hours early to check in came with a $25 early check-in fee. Understandable policy, but waiving it as a goodwill gesture would have gone a long way. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with a lot going for it. Minor friction aside, I’d stay here again"
