"Really enjoyed my stay here. Everyone was really nice and helpful. It was super easy to find. Only a short walk from the subway station. I would definitely stay again next time. Room was little small but for a solo traveler it was perfect especially as someone who was out exploring all day. The rooms were very clean and the bathrooms were also clean."

"Staff very helpful and returned our car keys. A big thank you to the female receptionist! The hotel itself is bland and is a bog stand business model. The outside of the hotel looks great but that architectural flair isn’t carried into the interior which is dated, drab and beginning to look worn. "Nice staff"

"Sad tired old hotel, smelled appalling both in the corridors and our room. Saggy bed, no hand soap in bathroom, stains on carpet and furniture and windowsill. Only one working elevator. Faulty fire alarm kept everyone awake until 3am. Staff were the one good point about this place, they were calm and apologetic and a special mention needs to go to Howard who took charge of our bags when we were evacuated the first time so we could get to the O2 in time for our concert, and got them safely to...
