"This is a beautiful property near the Avenue of the Giants. The king plus bunk bed room was enormous. The style is like an early 1900's mansion/castle, the room decor matched, but it didn't feel at all run down or aged. The bed was very comfortable. It had a bunk bed in a separate room for my two kids. The grounds are just as amazing as the hotel. You can walk around and check out the river. We are a great breakfast on the huge back patio. "This is a great value for the price. It's a, older, homey little resort with a great pool and super-friendly staff. Very laid back with pets allowed. They have fire pits available and we stayed in one of the hotel rooms where we were able to have a fire right out the back patio from our room. Families were playing on the lawn and the kids were perfectly safe to run around well into dark, swim in the pool, and have fun without worry of cars or strangers. I would definitley come back!"
