"Staff were lovely, We ate in the thai restaurant in the hotel and it was beautiful, staff very attentive. Breakfast was also lovey with a reasonable choice. I did contact the hotel once we'd got to the airport via train to see if there was a courtesy bus to take you to the hotel but was told that this service is no longer available from Terminal 2 at Manchester. Cost us £13.00 in a taxi to the hotel. However, there is a bus that takes you to the airport for £3.75 per person (you can use card as they have a card reader)"

"Outstanding. Our room was upgrade for FREE to a much nicer one. My partner was feeling quite sick in the morning due to a health condition and they let us check out an hour later giving us more time to pack. So considerate. Our tv wasn’t working and the manager came in our rooms and fixed it personally. Friendly staff, fantastic full continental breakfast and English breakfast buffet. Amazing price. We will be staying here again very soon! "
