We stayed in the newly refurbished rooms on the 5th floor and it was beautiful, the beds were the comfiest I’ve ever slept in bar my own. The pool is an amazing size and lovely and warm. "Clean hotel and room, very comfy bed and great selection at breakfast including hot items. Ideal location near to the city centre and rail station, or car parking if you drive there. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Had a great stay at the hotel, really pleased I did. Being really picky, the lift had issues reading cards before you select the floor you want, which was a bit annoying, and my shower wasn't very powerful for hot/warm water (only cold), but I made do, and didn't mean too much, it still wouldn't deter me from booking the hotel again. Overall, a great stay. "

Previously, location has been it's only plus point, though I am happy to say that on this occasion, everything was improved, including restaurant food quality, service throughout the hotel and ambience.
