"I booked dulex king room and ended up with what looked like a double and a very small room it was for. Wedding party we were told we would be next to each other rooms but was 3 rooms apart.
The fan didn’t work but was replaced
The carpets made our feet’s black
The shower drenched the floor
The toilet continuously flushed
The window sill was dusty
No room to move around
The tv keeps turning off
Masks all over the walls
We got into bed and under the sheet tucked in was a pices of the...
"Great stay however the rooms were not overly clean. It seems housecleaning need to rush to get rooms ready and do a basic wipe over, but it is not really to the standard expected of a 4star hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and grounds and common areas were very nice. Food a little disappointing (plates hot but breakfast not). With some attention to detail this property would be really good 😊"
