"Wow, what great stay! The hotel very comfortable, clean and in a perfect location. Despite being in the center of a tourist area the windows were sound-proof so we couldn't hear any street noise. The black-out curtains made it easy to sleep in after a late night. Would absolutely stay here again."

"There are a lot of clubs nearby so it was hard to sleep a few evenings. The rooms are cute, but some inconveniences were annoying- like not having a TV in the room (not terrible, but is helpful with kids) and there aren't any refrigerators in the rooms. Hotel staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, but the staff in the cabana area were young and quite unfriendly. They seemed like they didn't want to be there and almost annoyed when we would order from them."

"Close to everything by Bolt (cheaper than Uber) but still so quiet and perfect. Away from the hustle & bustle. There is train station right across but we did convenient Bolt instead. There are rrally good restaurants around that serve Portuguese, Moroccan, Indian, Arab, vegetarian, Italian &Mexican food. There is a Corte Inglés store and a Zara 5 minutes away by foot. The people (the best feature of this hotel) at the reception were AMAZING and so was the breakfast crew. Breakfast (included)...

"This property is at a great location. Right on the ocean front with plenty of shopping and dining in the area. The hotel itself was OK. The room wasn't anything special. No amenities, just soap. No minibar. The mattress is very hard. The breakfast was OK. Nothing special. The staff was nice and helpful. It was great having a room that faced the ocean but there's a lot of noise on the beach and on the street at night."

"Love this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was perfect for a couple with kids. We had two floors and the bathroom was a good size. The hotel breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The lobby and courtyard were nice spaces to relax. The location is right in the middle of the Alfama neighborhood with lots of restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again. "
