"広々としていて、素敵な部屋だった。 地上波以外にも、Netflix・YouTube等のテレビも見れた。各部屋にテレビが付いていて子ども同士でチャンネルの取り合いにならずに済んだ。 温泉にも入れて、ピアノや庭もあり、食器類も自由に使えてのんびりできた。 食事も近くにドラッグストアやスーパーがあって便利も良かった。 洗濯洗剤も付いていて洗濯できて良かった。 次も来たいと思いました。 ただ、お風呂場の洗面所の電気が付かなくて残念でした… 子ども用の歯ブラシだったり、身体を洗うボディースポンジ(タオル)、キッチンにトースターとかがあるともっと嬉しいなと思いました。"

"Hotel is near Beppu train station, is clean and has plenty of toiletries at the hotel lobby, so you don’t have to bring your own toiletries if you’re not fussy. Breakfast is included and the spread is decent. Onsen is the best feature of this hotel; my husband and son went every night. Highly recommend this hotel. 👍"

I needed an extra pillow and they brought it to my room within a few minutes, they got me a taxi for my bus out of town, they had better then usual English understanding and treated me very well. "The noise insulation is incredibly poor. We were able to hear every foot step from the unit above. Even worse, the people in the unit above decided the run around and blast music late into the evening/early morning, and since there is no one on site, the hotel can only message them. Of course, that message went unnoticed and we had trouble sleeping the two nights we stayed."

"Overall, a pleasant stay in a modest, nicely-equipped self-catering apartment with good communication and information from the owner. Conveniently close to the Beppu station and main shops in a quiet street. The layout of the apartment is a little unusual, but not a problem. However, there is a 30cm-high step between the living/bedroom area and the kitchen/bathroom area, and this would definitely be a problem for anyone with mobility issues."
