When there is high occupancy the staff should probably make an effort to refill drinks and food items."

However, to make it nicer I would have expected: the room to be bigger (looks smaller than the description), the pool at Level 3 to be open (wrong time of the year to be in the hotel), the lobby to feel a bit more welcoming (hotel entrance in a parking basement floor-ish, and the lobby/checking desk area not really a warm atmosphere)"

There is a mall within walking distance of the hotel that my wife and I ate dinner with various restaurants that were reasonable priced. You have options for traveling, MRT, buses, taxi, and Grab (instead of uber or lift). Grab worked the best for us, as there an option to use a taxi or a standard ride that was comfortable for 2-3 people."
