"The location is brilliant. A short stroll to the sea and all the local amenities you'd expect from a town just 15mins walk away. Both the showers worked. The house was clean. There was enough dining space and seating for 11 of us to sit down and eat together comfortably and the rooms were all a good size. The house is in need of a bit of TLC, it's not recently decorated or refurbished and some stuff is a bit broken but not in any major way, drawer in the kitchen missing a handle, shower head...
