"Location was great. Apartment was clean. Was a little weird having to watch an electric meter to make sure it didn't run out!! Owner really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately didn't have Netflix, and no towels provided. But the bed was comfortable. Everything worked in the kitchen...cooker fridge etc Basic clean comfortable stay, you have to clean everything (including oven) before you leave, and put the bin bags out! "

"Although it is a beautiful property modern design and clean there were a few complaints there were no drawers in bedrooms for underwear etc. No cupboard in basement only hanging rail, no hooks in bathrooms to hang stuff up no place in kitchen to store food ,upper bedroom has a faulty light and bedroom upstairs 2 bulbs out there are fittings in both bedrooms for TVs but none fitted upper bedroom canā€™t keep window open broken basement smelt damp on first night had to put heating on to clear it the...

"Clean property with easy access with keypads, so made check in at any time easy (ideal for us as the drive was over 5hrs). Parking outside is permit only, but only within 8am-6pm, so gain fitted with us. Thank you, as it made our stay to see my stepson easy and convenient, will be used again :) "

"The area where this is, seems like the council have given up with the place. Rubbish everywhere. Noisy druggies. Just disgusting. The property itself was alright. The bed was hard and not comfy. Too creaky. Always a draft in the place which results in us using the heater and having to put more money in the meter just to use it. Under the bed was not clean. Some cutlery and plates were not cleaned properly. "

"Overall the apartment itself was nice, spacious and tastefully decorated. However, lacked cleanliness in certain areas, particularly kitchen items and bathroom. There was no dishwasher despite this being listed and the kitchen was poorly equipped with no basics like kitchen roll, or even a cloth to be able to wipe the sides down. The road outside is also very noisy and the window in the second bedroom doesnā€™t open at all, making it extremely hot. The sofa whilst nice looking was uncomfortable....

"This property is in a fantastic location and is generally speaking furnished to a good standard. However, a couple of issues spoiled it. Firstly, the penthouse on VRBO is advertised as having a lift, which was a major factor in us booking it as my husband is disabled and struggles with stairs. However, on arrival, we found that the lift only goes to the first floor and access to the penthouse is via 3 flights of stairs from the first floor. We managed to get up there but only as there were 3...

"Awful. Was dirty on arrival. I had to clean the floor myself,also the dishes as they had food stains on them. As well as the dead insects on the window sill. No cleaning products or hand wash provided. WiFi is connected to the shop at the front so only 1 device will work at a time (buffers alot). Curtain rail fell on my daughter's head,host came around and told me it didn't need to be screwed in,it was a slot-in rail. However, when he returned 2 nights later after it had fallen again he screwed...
