"The hotel is centrally located in the city of Prague. Our rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. We especially enjoyed conversing in the lounge with staff members, David and Mohammed, during our stay. We had the opportunity to utilize the dining room and the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet was nice and the coffee was exceptional. We noted that staff were hard working individuals and always had a smile on their faces. My only critique is that we wished the breakfast buffet area was larger to accommodate all the guests."

"The rooms were spacious, bright and well heated. Location is great with a metro, supermarket next to hotel and a lot of places including a reasonably priced food hall with different cuisines in a major shopping centre nearby."

Everything was spotlessly clean, and the organization throughout the hotel was impeccable. The location couldn’t be better—right in front of the tram stop, making it extremely convenient to get around. Highly recommended!"
