"The Airport Shuttle from Prague airport was delayed by 30 mins. Had to call up the Hotel (had to make international calls) which was very frustrating. But the gentleman who picked us up was very apologetic and helpful."

The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and had a really stylish yet quirky design that gave it a lot of character. It felt modern and thoughtfully put together without being over the top. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with recommendations or any requests. The spa area was absolutely beautiful — a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The food was also very good, and considering the quality of everything, the price was excellent value. Overall, it was a great stay from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Prague. I’d happily stay there again!"

"This is such a clean hotel in an ideal location for everything in Prague… we stayed 3 nights and the room was kept so clean and all staff were friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed breakfast to start the day. Snacks were available at lunch time if you’re in the vicinity. The only disappointment was the lack of Coffee in the room… not the end of the world as you can grab coffee past reception after 7am. TV lacked English channels but we didn’t spend much time with the telly on so didn’t bother us "
