"OK for overnight stopover. You get what you paid for. Old house, heating did not work in the room. Common use bathrooms on the first floor. Rooms are upstairs. On positive side: cheep, tidy, heated floor in the bathroom. Bus stop is in walkable distance. &20 cab to Terminal 5."

"The host goes above and beyond to create a really comfortable environment for travelers. So much attention to detail to make it a relaxing stay. Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful! It gave us space to laugh, sort our luggage and rest before we flew out from Heathrow the next day. I also left my kindle behind, the team found it quickly and very kindly posted it to my UK address. "A fairly priced stay. Advertised as sleeping ten, we were eight and it felt a bit of a squeeze having just the one toilet (the listing said two). The downstairs basement room was fine for us but you do need to keep the dehumidifier running or it smells damp. The stairs to the basement need care and attention too. Aside from the basement room, the space is lovely and just what we needed, especially the large dining table. The owner is helpful, responsive and accommodating :-)"

"The house has potential but needs some improvement. The cleanliness could be better. it didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned. A few spotlights weren’t working, and one of the bed frames was broken, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the shower was great and worked well. Communication with the host was generally good, though there’s still room for improvement in terms of responsiveness. With a few fixes, this place could be much more enjoyable. "
