"This hotel definitely needs improvement. The hotel used insecticides during our stay. Without that I was aware of this. It smelled in everywhere. After one day all our clothes started to smell of insecticide. a lot of noise at night. Will never be quiet. The staff are very arrogant and you have to ask them several times for help to get help. We ordered 2 bed rooms, but we got a bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was without duvets and pillows etc. We had to nag several times for them to fix...

"No WiFi in my room. I had to go to the lobby to get WiFi connection. No elevator. No room on the first floor. I am handicapped and going up the stairs was a problem. I canceled my 9 days reservation after staying there for a day and a half. However, the receptionist was very professional and tried to help."

"Lovely hotel and staff very friendly. Do not stay in the lower bedrooms located on the reception level as you are above the restaurant and all you can hear is chairs being dragged on the floor when people go to get their breakfast from 730am !! Roof bar is amazing. "
