"I was charged in advance 15 euros per night for linen (60 euros total). for the sofa bed in the apartment. There was only 2 of us in the apartment. When we arrived there was no linen on the sofa bed and after 7 calls they finally brought the linen 5 hours later and after 10 pm. The apartment has no heat and was freezing cold. "The hotel was lovely and within walking distance of the city centre. It was in a safe residential area. Easy to navigate and Tram 28 just up the road. Lots of nice shops and restaurants locally. Staff were very knowledgable and more than happy to offer recommendations for trips, restaurants etc. "
