"From the first step into the hotel were welcomed and felt comfortable. The concierge the young man was exceedingly helpful with all our questions and assisted us with our bags and good places to eat that night. He speaks excellent English. The room was large, very clean and excellent. Breakfast was very good however as it finished at 9 and we came down at 8:35 I missed out on my scrambled eggs and had to have a warm coffee. It did have a good variety of choices. Parking was next door and very safe. Even though the hotel was next to the train station it was very safe and quiet during the night. A great place to stay if you want to park the car and get to places like Baden Baden by train without the hassle of driving and parking fr the day. The Neo Greek restuarant near by was easy walking and excellent. This hotel was well worth a stay."

"The room itself was OK, and the "hotel" was not so difficult to find. The problem was access. I got a message in German, but not being German it was not of any help. I could see a code on it, I guess to access the hotel, but it did not work. I called for help, and the phone was answered and was manager was helpful. I was able to get into the building. Then I could not access the room. The message received only had one code. I was advised that they would send me a code to access the room, and that once inside, a tag could be used for electronic entry. Sadly, the tag only worked on an intermittent basis, as did the electronic lock. I went out to get something to eat, and could not access the room again. On each occasion I had to contact the manager, it was time consuming and not what I needed at the end of a long day. Another problem was the lack of any WiFi. I tried to cal the owner again the following morning - he declined my call. The room itself was OK, but I would think twice about staying again."

"Extremely well kept place. Not your traditional corporate-run accommodation however. Unconventional operating hours as well (check-in 13h00 to 19h00, check-out 9h30). Really appreciated the “spiritual” feeling of the place."

"We booked a double room and had a single duvet and one pillow. There was no control for the TV and nobody to ask for one. There was no internet for the duration of our stay. We could not check out as there was no person on duty at 9-15am despite reception supposedly available until 11.00 am. We had to leave our room key on the letter box. Could not recommend this hotel."

"This little apartment is very quiet since it’s on the 5th floor. It is modern, very clean and fully and generously stocked. Bicycles are available which was my mode of transportation. I am definitely planning to come back next year!"
