"First off the staff were very accommodating and friendly. There were upper floor noises, they glady changed our room twice. One side wooden, one side concrete. we had three different rooms, 1st rm was on the level floor, it was big, they accommodated two bed request. I feel bad cause the staff were great, but the rooms were not clean to hotel standards. It could be, but it wasn't. they cleaning staff have to give the bathroom and floors a really good cleaning. The hotel rating could be higher if that was the case. The bath towel had a hole in it like the bath towel you wipe your bathroom floor with cause its worn. I really liked the staff and location was good, its all up hill anyway... They could be a really great hotel if the rooms were cleaner. Thank you."

The housekeeping team truly does an outstanding job. The spa was absolutely amazing—relaxing, well-maintained, and a perfect place to unwind. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. Overall, an exceptional hotel experience. "While my recent stay featured some highlights, there were several issues regarding room comfort that I believe warrant attention. Upon arrival, I noted the bedsheets were damaged. Additionally, the mattress was uneven, which significantly impacted my sleep quality. I appreciate the staff's responsiveness; a team member arrived promptly to flip the mattress as a temporary solution. While I value the quick effort, the underlying comfort issue remained. The air conditioning unit was underperforming, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable room temperature. ​ On a very positive note, the breakfast was excellent and easily the highlight of the stay. ​The service and food were impressive, but improvements to the bedding and HVAC systems would greatly enhance the guest experience."
