"The service of the staff was excellent. The food in the restaurant & morning buffet was tasty, varied, appealing in appearance & taste. However, the Hilton Garden Inn we wanted to stay in was the one at Terminal 2 at physically at yhe airport. This hotel was 15 min. away from the airport & required a paid shuttle for the 5 of us, to get to/from the airport. We felt having both hotels with almost the same name was confusing & misleading for tourists. Though where we stayed was comfortable & clean with friendly, helpful staff, it was the convenience of being at the airport we wanted during our stay at Heathrow."
