Would recommend to anyone going to Windsor to stay at Cavendish House, we know we will definitely be back"

"There were no locks on both door to the balcony that did not lock. No towel holders or hooks anywhere in the house for bath towels or any other clothes item. No toilet paper holder in bathroom. We said we were four people and they only gave us three bath towels. The pullout bed in the living room was like a rock to sleep on. The map shows the house where the car park is, when in fact the house is not where the map says it is. The landlord said the map shows where the residence was and it wasn’t....

"What a fabulous apartment and location. We could not believe how perfect it was and believe me, we’re usually very difficult to please. Would go back in a heartbeat. Such a high standard of furnishings and the beds were so comfy we slept so much better than at home. "It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time.
