"Toilet flush was temperamental and (tiny) sink was very slow to drain. Washcloth was stained. Despite having no window, room could not be darkened because of glaring thermostat and other points of light from various electronics. Beds were comfortable and clean, check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Chose the hotel for the convenience of staying in the terminal between flights, but thought it was overpriced even so. "

This ‘style’ that they are so sure they have cracked, is very much a matter of taste/up for debate, but it’s neutral enough to be OK. I’m sure I’ll stay here again at some point. "

"My first time staying at a Premier Inn and I was very impressed. Was given a room on the 7/F which was nice and quiet (excellent soundproofing) and had great amenities. Hotel seemed very popular with travellers. Liked the fact that there is a covered walkway to the hotel from T4 (with easy access to T2). But had to wait about 20 mins for a train to T4 from Heathrow Central (T2&3) as most trains appeared to be headed to T5. The two men serving the bar were engaged in a private conversation and seemed oblivious that I wanted to be served - this was the only real negative experience. I will definitely consider Premier Inn on future visits to the UK"
